1. Acceptance of Terms
Poly Bla Bla is operated by Atomic Web App and Services Inc. By registering an account or using our services, you confirm that you understand and accept these terms. Users must be at least 13 years old to use Poly Bla Bla.
2. Accounts and Registration
Account Creation: Users must provide accurate information during signup. Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and any activity under your account.
3. Usage of Services
Permitted Use: The platform is for personal, non-commercial use only, no illegal purposes. Content Ownership: All content remains the intellectual property of Poly Bla Bla and its licensors. User Conduct: No offensive or abusive content, violations may result in account termination. Poly Bla Bla is a live, public app, not a beta product. Separately, we run a small volunteer early-access testing program for people who opt in to try new features before they ship broadly; that program is optional and doesn't change how these terms apply to your account.
4. Founding Member Reservations and Future Memberships
Poly Bla Bla is free to use today. Reserving a Founding Member spot on this website does not charge you anything and does not create a subscription. Optional paid memberships may be offered in the future, enrolled directly in the app through the App Store or Google Play, whichever you downloaded from. If and when they are, the price, length, renewal terms, and any trial period will be shown on the purchase screen before you subscribe to anything. We don't see or store your card details.
5. Modification of Services
The company reserves the right to modify or discontinue services without prior notice, though users will be informed of significant changes when feasible.
6. Privacy
Data practices are governed by our Privacy Policy. Using our services constitutes consent to those practices.
7. Limitation of Liability
No Warranties: Services are provided "as is and as available." No Liability: Poly Bla Bla is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you breach these terms.
9. Indemnification
Users agree to defend Poly Bla Bla from claims arising from service violations or misuse.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
